Robin Hood Park and Forest is a popular, yet tranquil and scenic 100-acre park in the middle of a Keene residential neighborhood and set against a hillside. It is perfect for family play, outdoor seclusion, or anything in between. The park has so much to offer with a playground, tennis courts, sports fields, picnic tables, park benches, and a gazebo. A fishing pond with a peaceful cascading stream is groomed for skating in the winter. The huge pool and bathrooms are open in the summer. About 4 miles of crisscrossing single-track easy and relatively flat trails are available year-round for meandering through forested areas and around glacier boulders and ledges. There is no fee and leashed dogs are welcomed.
